Film + Photo + Video Studio
WELCOME TO STUDEBAKER STUDIOS
Studebaker Studios is a Film and Photo Studio that can be rented by the day, hour or week. We are located in the heart of downtown Provo in the Bright Building 410s University Ave, Provo UT, 84601. The studio dimensions are about 40’ W x 60’ L X 16’ H. We have a cyclorama wall that is about 34’x 20’. We keep the cyc wall painted white most of the time, but we have painted it out (for an extra fee) as a green screen or other specific colors for clients in the past. We have a Green Room + Kitchen space connected to the studio that is good for hair & makeup or kraft services. The studio is treated for sound we have sound doors and sound blankets hung up along the walls. We also have ladders and a scissor lift that sre available for set up purposes. We have a 200amp breaker dedicated solely to the studio. Power is distributed across the walls and the ceiling in outlets. Most of the outlets have their own dedicated circuits. We also have hookups for a distribution box. The studio has a lighting grid in the ceiling and a large garage door with a ramp leading up to it for easy access and loading/unloading of gear, backgrounds, props, etc.
PHOTO STUDIO
Studebaker Studios is set up nicely for many types of photo shoots. The cyclorama wall allows you to shoot away on a clean white background, designed as an infinity wall. It’s a great space for portraits, but big enough to accomodate large photo productions, including car shoots. The large garage door allows for cars or even oversized equipment vans. We also have a giant light bounce built into the ceiling. A winch and track creates a system that makes the bounce mobile and available to set in the studio at any angle you need. You can place it over your subject or product to create various lighting options. The Green Room is ready for hair and makeup, wardrobe change room, or to prep kraft services. We have hosted all types of film shoots including product photography, portraits, behind the scenes shoots, photo parties, wedding photography (Bright Building Event Space is next door) and much more.

VIDEO AND FILM STUDIO
Studebaker Studios is also set up great for all types of film and video shoots. It has electrical outlets scattered throughout the space both on the walls and in the ceiling. Distribution box hookups ready to plug into. Sound blankets line many of the walls to absorb echo in the space. Sound doors located in front of the overhead door, going out to the interior hall way and connecting through to the event space. We have had so many great film and video shoots in the past including commercial shoots, music videos, TV series, movies, product videos and more.
STUDIO MANAGER
Meet Jake Johnson our studio manager! He has years of experience in both the film and photography worlds and is available for studio tours and to hel with anything you might need. WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
Good question, we are right in downtown Provo 4 blocks south of Center St and on University Ave. We are in the south side of The Bright Building which houses office space for video production companies, startups, and an event space. The Studio has a large sound door that you can open to connect the event space to incase you need more space for cast and crew. Close to both the Provo Center Street and University ave freeway exits so that your crew can get to the space safely and efficiently. There are tons of good restaurants to grab food at or have cater.
